Another spin off from the Nothing Thread and since we have the Top Movie Thread... Fire away. I'd say make it Top 5 but as we know from the movie one we can't do that :D

1. Seinfeld
2. Cheers
3. Everyone Loves Raymond
4. A-Team
5. Night Court
6. Growing Pains
7. Big Bang Theory
8. Golden Girls
9. Walking Dead
10. Falling Skies
the last 2 are low as they are still really new.

It's utterly impossible to make JUST a top 5 of anything.

In no particular order (because it's impossible for me to say one is better than the others):

House MD
Ren and Stimpy
Farscape
Stargate: SG1
Seinfeld
Simpsons
Good Eats (Alton Brown is fuckin' awesome)
How I Met Your Mother
Monty Python's Flying Circus
Star Trek: The Next Generation
Arrested Development
South Park
Firefly
Battlestar Galactica (Sci-Fi reboot)
The Wire
Friday Night Lights
Big Bang Theory

And those are just the ones off the top of my head...

You make a good point....for me, I rarely watch any series with regularity ever since the days of the PS3. In the days of the PS2, I wouldn't game as much, but I was playing poker ALL THE DAMN TIME either in a casino, online, or in a home. The PS1 days were college, and did a TON of gaming back then, didn't watch too many shows. So it's been really since my high school days since I have watched a lot of series with regularity. The reason why I put The Walking Dead up there is the fact that it has captivated me as must see where not many series had me there.

yeah they have the potential to be really good that's why they are low on my list. However they are on my list since as JB said they've captured my interest as you can see the most recent one after them is Seinfeld and that was over in '96

I know its been talked about before but Married with Children has to be the worst #1 ever

I dont know of any show that I watch on a regular anymore. I will have to say that I have watched all of One Tree Hill....I know I know, but the wifey got me on it and its good. The older episodes are better than the newer stuff. And what about the stuff that came on TGIF? Home improvment, Family Matters?

I've seen every episode multiple times and I don't recall any incest remarks. The closest I can think of is when Peggy's cousin and wife dropped off Seven. Her cousin (Bobcat Gothwait) mention that him and his wife were into swinging but that's the closest thing to incest I remember. I don't remember any references about Kelly & Bud.

Hey Dude was awesome. Watched that all the time along with Clarissa Explains It All. Going back earlier I loved watching Danger Mouse and You Can't Do That On Television.

From Wiki:

The first season of Hey Dude became available for download from the iTunes Store on July 29, 2008. The second season of Hey Dude became available for download from the iTunes Store in August 2010.

Shout Factory is releasing the first season on DVD on July 19, 2011 for an MSRP of $19.93.[3] A new interview with Christine Taylor will be included on the first season DVD set. [4]

Well, this past week's Falling Skies was pretty uninspiring.

Mike's kid still being truly affected by the skitters is definitely interesting though. I wonder if it's only a matter of time before it happens with the other kid (can't remember his name right off hand) as well. They are getting very close to the season break and there's really not been anything to really tie all of this together yet. They really need to get a move on it or they are going to lose quite a few viewers.

Yeah, I said the same thing to psuexv... too much good potential wasted on this season. That and they can't seem to let a storyline develop... it happens one episode and is wrapped up in that same episode or the next one at most. Next week's looks interesting but at this point, I'll probably finish out the season and unless it finishes really strong, I won't be back for next season.
