Progression and Speed

Is it possible for a recruit to gain speed? If so is it a one year phenomena, or has anyone seen speed games over several years for a prospect?

It's absolutely possible and will happen. Haven't done any testing with progression yet for '12, but it's very much possible and I've seen it in '11.
