Game freezing at 'Press Start'?

my game freezes everytime i press start at the title screen. it only happens when im online. and only with this game. Ive already exchanged it and got a new game, and erased the game data and reloaded it. any ideas what the problem could be?

its the server, or its your service

Move your save data to a USB drive and try again. You should be able to bring back over a saved Dynasty.

I don't know if this is is related to your problem, but one of the NCAA 12 engineers started a thread yesterday over at OS asking for help from the community in dealing with a crash/freeze issue.
