Moving your players via D-Pad?

Guys, I've always used the D pad every year of NCAA... For some reason, EA didn't add that for in game movement with your player, just called them and they told me it's not used right now... Is anyone else having this problem?

Yeah, I called EA and they told me it's not used, only the left analog stick, They said that if people continue to call, they may patch it. But wow, every other year you can use the D pad and for some reason they take the option out!! A great game no doubt, but that's huge for SOOOO many people!!!

I hated the analog stick when it was first introduced, but I ended up making the transition. It's a lot more fluid than the D-Pad, so it makes sense to try to get used to it if you can.

I know I'm still an xbox newbie but I thought I was able to control my players with the Dpad last year and now I pop in 12 for the first time and can only move them with the left stick? Any help? I looked on default settings but couldn't see how to change that setting

it appears to have changed without the option
