Head coaches and coordinators are progressing way too fast

There is another thread going on about this on operation sports. So I thought I would bring it to the attention of this site since you guys seem to have a good relationship with the developers... but in a nutshell coaches are progressing way to rapidly in dynasty mode there is an overabudance of A and A+ coaches after only 1 year of simming. Now, one would think that by simply lowering the Head coach and Coordinator prestige rankings before starting a dynasty to get more realistic coach ratings would fix this, but we have already tested this theory out and there still seems to be a problem. After one year of simming 35 of the first 45 coaches in alaphbetical order were either A's or A+'s and we had started our dynasty with only a total of 3 coaches/coordinators with an A rating. This needs to be brought to the attention of the developers. Too many teams are progressing rapidly as a result as well.

There are (just head coaches):

A+ = 41
A = 26
B+ = 16
B = 8
C+ = 10
C = 6
D+ = 4
D = 9

This is in 2016.

I have a question:

- What is the job security for these coaches?

I agree completely there shouldn't be 67 coaches with A Prestige, but in some regards (not all) Job Security is the more important number. For example, IRL a guy like Mark Richt or even in the past Phil Fulmer would be considered to have A Prestige (lots of wins, MNC for Phil) but the Job Secruity would be low. The key is probably how much this effects progression in the off-season.
