How does a dynasty commish import a TeamBuilder team to a multi user online dynasty?

online dynasties- how does the commish or the person joining the league/dynasty get his teambuilder team in? where are the slots ? can only the commissioner see the slots to put it in ? if so , where are they ? thank you

When you go to start the dynasty, on the screen where you eventually select "Begin Dynasty!" at the top (after you've created your coach but before you pick your school), there's all sorts of options. Along the bottom of the screen are Import Teambuilder Schools, Custom Conferences and BCS Tie-Ins.
