Get your user vs user games scheduled here.

We're all pretty spread out here initially but there are a couple guys in CUSA and a few in the Sun Belt so we will have some user games. Can't wait to see those.

I'm very excited to play these Coach Mode User Matches. I've done a lot of private Online Dynasties in years past but for the most part I've tried to stay away from user matches because the lag/delay I experience online. It's just not the same as playing offline and it really messes me up. It doesn't help I don't play ranked matches for practice either though. Definitely looking forward to these competitive matches in our coach mode dynasty though because lag/delay shouldn't be an issue. It's like a chess match or playing an turn-based strategy game or RTS more than a sports game. These user matches are definitely something different that I'm looking forward too.

The only concern I have about fair play is this...

Going against no huddle teams.

It's been brought up that when a computer A.I. controlled team goes no huddle they literally don't take any time between plays. It's like all hurry up the whole time. No waiting to look to the sidelines and see a play unless they audible. The computer abusing it is one thing but what about user games? I'm talking about players who may run strictly no huddle play after play after play and never give the defending player even the default time to get set up and make any presnap adjustments. Since Coach Mode gameplay is primarily play calling and then adjustments but when does it turn from normal play to exploiting? Since the defending player won't be able to do adjustments nor physically control anyone himself (hence coach mode) his players will constantly be out of position and the offensive player can continue to exploit this by just doing no huddle the rest of the drive on your defense. Calling certain plays and running no huddle will ensure your defense is always out of position and since you cannot manually override this by playing (hence coach mode) and since they don't give you enough time to make presnap adjustments there's nothing you can do...

Now I know that's the idea or concept of running no huddle is to keep the defense on their toes and get an advantage or to simply hurry down the field when time is running out but I just fear it's the one way a player could play cheesy in Coach Mode. I don't expect any of the members here to be cheesy and purposely exploit this but it's just something I thought I would mention. A concern I have. Possibly we could all decide on a rule to negate this or we could all just agree to not abuse this. Not saying no running of no huddle but there's a big difference of abusing something and running it when it's called for. Since it is Coach Mode and players cannot manually control defenders the defense should be allowed to make adjustments, albeit only small quick ones, even though a team is running no huddle.

Oh and I guess how does it work if your playing a user vs user coach mode game but one user is a Head Coach and the other is just a Offensive Coordinator. Since you can only control one side of a team does the OC get to watch while his defense plays or what? I know he has no control but I hope you can still watch the action play out.

We're all mature adults here and I really doubt this will be an issue.
