I seen this posted on the scout boards, thought I'd share but I don't much of the background from the site or anything just be clear.

Having said that, they sure do look nice

You can probably edit that to say "Most, if not all, SEC schools paying hostesses". I seem to recall, or at least want to believe, that I've read about hostesses being used when recruits for football and basketball visit campus at Georgia, Ole Miss, South Carolina, and a couple others.

I don't know if every school pays the "escorts" but I don't know a program in America (outside of the service academies probably) that doesn't have a group of good looking females who's job is to lure recruits to the school.

I agree, I'm guessing PSU has the same but having said that I can't see PSU shelling out that kind of dough either. Just my 2 cents. Though is that all that she costs? I still have years of left, I may take a visit. :D:D:D

Yep, that report is not surprising. Business as usual in the SEC. I can assure you that not all schools have dedicated hostess programs, paid or not.

You can guarantee not all do. The three service academies for example. They sure as hell aren't going to have hostess programs, paid or not. If someone has to have a hostess to help them decide to go to one of the service academies, they would never make it out. If they don't end up being separated before they graduate, they sure as hell would be gone after their second year, choosing to leave instead of signing their 2-for-7.

No kidding.

BTW, one of my wants sometime down the road is to go to an Army-Navy game.

the fact is, that is waay too much money to be paying students for such a pointless thing and of course the question of some girls doing a tad more than hostessing...
