I think that would have been fun to sit in on as well. Though, I noticed during the event some of the media attendees were on Twitter making jokes at the NCAAs expense. They couldn't have waited until you were back in the hotel at least?

This girl I recently (and briefly dated) watched it a few weeks ago. I love that movie!

The funniest thing about 12 Angry Men is the voice of Piglet in Winnie the Pooh is the scrawny dude with the glasses, or Juror #2. :D

It's not too bad on Amazon. The regular DVD version is $8 new, the 50th Anniversary edition is $12 new through Amazon or $7+ through other sellers. I own the regular DVD version, so I have no clue what was added or changed for the 50th Anniversary edition.

Wow...I thought this would generate some discussion, but never thought it would be about 12 Angry Men. :smh:I'm sure you're not really surprised. I read Pat Forde's column (http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/columns/story?columnist=forde_pat&id=6526242) on it sometime last week. It was certainly an interesting read. Their requirements on evidence was particularly interesting. I understand that you can't risk taking the word of a jilted girlfriend, but still, some of the aspects were surprising if not plain head-scratching. The one that really explains why these investigations take so long was the requirement to give the school notice before performing an investigation. Simply from a paperwork standpoint that's going to considerably delay action. Plus, the amount of times (I would think) that students are "not available" on the day they're supposed to be interviewed ...

There's a reason, as far as I am aware (and I may be completely wrong) that law enforcement is not required to provide pre-notification for interviews. That's the only expedient way to get things done sometimes.
