#4 Maryland holds on to defeat #13 Florida State 22-14 at home. 1st half was all defense, Maryland shutout FSU and Maryland managed 4 FGs to lead 12-0 at the half. the 2nd FG was set up by a lost FSU fumble that gave the Terps the ball inside FSU 20. it only ended up as a FG though. FSU opened up the offense a little in the 2nd half with 14 points, but both came off of Maryland turnovers. For Maryland, Caleb Porzel had 22 carries 100 yards, Gary Douglas had 20 carries 90 yards 1 TD.

Maryland had a few recruits visiting the game, coaching staff hoping for some commitments from them.

Maryland improves to 7-0(4-0), and will host Georgia Tech next week.

Miami continues to stay undefeated with a win over UNC. My true freshman TE is currently 4th in the Heisman voting :eek:
