=============== #2 LSU Tigers (1-0) ===============
Last week, LSU won 87-17 against North Texas (0-1).
This week, the Tigers travel to Seattle to face the #25 Washington Huskies (0-1).
In recruiting news, the following LSU targets have announced their decisions:
- (*****) WR J.D. Lilly has committed to LSU
- (****) CB Michael Kent has committed to LSU
Last week I recieved 2 instant commits as you can see above. After having my RB's slice through North Texas like a hot knife through butter, hopefully Washington can give me a better showing on defense.

Man I have been having a rough time recruiting the past year and a half. I had zero instant commits last year and so far none this year. I need to sign a big class to offset the small class I signed last year. Anybody have any tips?

Northwestern rebounds after a disappointing start to their season by drubbing Vanderbilt in the Wildcats home opener 42-7. Northwestern rarely threw the ball (9 times all game) and used a powerfull rushing attack to rack up 354 yards on the ground. The Wildcats offense saw two players rush for over 100 yards in Tate Forcier and senior tailback Quentin Hines.
Northwestern defense responded after giving up 49 points in the season opener by allowing 165 yards of offense to the Commodores, with their only touchdown coming up in mop up time down the stretch.
The Wildcats have next week off before taking on the Hurricanes of Miami in a much anticipated matchup.

Only target guys in your top three and from your pipeline states at first. Go after 12 to 15 at a time. If you notice you are the only one targeting a recruit give him minimum time. If you are competing with another team give that guy an hour every week. Once you start to sign guys you can go back through the list and look for more recruits. There is always a few that no one is looking at, especially 3* JUCO players, those guys can usually plug right in and give you pretty good performance on the field.
I'll PM you my other dirty little secret ;)

Not sure who is left to play, and has Austinwolv accepted the invite yet? I will advance as soon as I get home if we're ready, we're going to advance tomorrow night at 5 central at the latest....

It appears all that we have left for this week is Soldice to play Romo in their head to head game.

I'll be free anytime tonight after about 6PM CST, maybe 630PM.
as for the recruiting, it also showed me with 0 hours and no calls being made. I believe in my other OD where we had to re-upload the file with a different person, those that had 0 hours basically loses a week of recruiting. That's going to hurt me a lot. :(

I am hoping you are not right about the recruiting, I have heard two different theories on it and I'm not sure if there is anyway for us to get that time back if we did lose it. As it stands already I have played my dynasty game vs Vandy twice and I am not sure I am willing to play it again, let alone hold the dynasty up any more than it already has been. If I lose the recruiting it's going to hurt (I am in the same boat as you with a non-traditional power) and it's hard to recruit. Let's hope for the best and good luck in your game against Romo.

Arkansas @ Maryland underway.

Maryland defends home turf with a 34-19 victory over Arkansas. Maryland's defense would come up with 4 crucial turnovers to give them an advantage, while Maryland's offense played efficiently and ran the ball very well with Caleb Porzel and Gary Douglas, each getting over 100 yards each. Caleb Porzel would be player of the game with 18 carries 146 yards 2 Tds. Douglas had 9 carries for 110 yards and 1 Td. Danny O'Brien only attempted 8 passes, completing 5 of them for 95 yards.
