Whore of the Month
CDJ gets it this month having recorded 114 trophies after having 0 the previous month (I'm guessing he didn't sync them that month), but he wins anyway!
I will probably always be at the bottom of the list, but you can include me in the rankings when you get a chance. I'm playing a lot more titles than I used to, so I'm picking up more trophies in the process. I started January at level 6 and have almost reached level 8 already.
It won't hurt my feelings if you skip me this month.
I added you to the list, but in order for your card to show up, you need to register for one at psntl.com. Choose the black background. Card will show in this post when you've got it setup correctly.

Very nice. As I said in the other thread, update will be on 4/1. Most of my classes are done now and I'll actually have time to keep track of this. I've noticed a lot of guys slacking trophy wise the past several months...maybe this will give some people the much needed shot of motivation.

If you guys have better trophy icons/ideas, those would be pretty easy to swap in. The current trophy size is 16x16 and transparent.

Whore of the Month
Damn, you guys are making it hard on me. These are 2 months effort, too! G got the most with a paltry 59 and only one person got a platinum (and I have absolutely no idea which game is was that I did it on :D), therefore, the inaugural winner of our now POST BIT PIN SUPPORTED trophy whore of the month is, gschwendt! Congrats!
It's funny we don't have many close battles anymore. Back in the day there was quite a bit of movement in the standings. Now the "close" battle is between zoo and gswendt and that's still 11% of a ranking. Everyone else is so far ahead/behind their nearest competitors that it will likely take months of a sustained surge/fall for any ranks to change.

I actually have the Madden 25 :plat: which is really damn easy to get when/if you whore it out. The hardest trophy is actually the MUT seasons championship.

I suspect they didn't b/c (as far as I am aware) Sony only does the % on the PS4. Granted there are other sites but if I am not mistaken those % are only for the site's registered users.

Now he gets all excited about the trophies and so do I. Now I finally am appreciating why people like trophies so much. The challenge is a lot of fun.

:nod: For me, its the challenge of the achievements and playing the game in ways I might not normally in order to get the achievements. That, and I just feel like I've done so much more towards 100% completing the game by getting g as many achievements as I can. It's not for everyone, but for those who achievement whore, it can be fulfilling and worth the effort.

The more difficult they are, the more I try for them. Mile High Club on Call of Duty 4 is the perfect example. I'd hate to think how many times I died before I finally got it.

You should not get a trophy the rest of the month so you show up on the leaderboard with 1 trophy :D

Creating my Be A Pro in NHL 15 got me to 3000 :D
Before that, most of it was Minecraft and Destiny trophies.
O.K. so my new years "resolution" is to get this bad boy back up and running properly/monthly.

Whore of the MonthNot a ton of activity this month but the battle for the 1st Whore of the Month award was fairly tight. SC/Zoo pulls out the gold medal with 148 trophies and 1 :plat:. SC's month also allowed him to pass up IOU in the overall standings moving him into 4th place. Silver goes to CLW with 107 trophies and 1 :plat: and the Bronze goes to cdj with 77 trophies

:D I just haven't had much time lately. Work has been busy, and most free time that I do spend on gaming has been NCAA 14 on 360 and Assassin's Creed Unity and GTA V on Xbox One.
I'll be picking up. I need to jump back into my RTTS on The Show 14 and I an going to be picking up Shadow of Mordor on PS4 at some point over the next month or two.

I only know when it pops up lol
Madden trophies suck. You can sink 100 hours into offline franchise and only get 15% of the trophies. It's all MUT and online stuff.

Whore of the Month

Another month without allot of activity. CLW strips SC of the Trophy Whore Title after coming up just short last month with 140 trophies and 2 :plat:. Rudy passed up Escobar to enter the Top 10 standings and those 2 could be locked up in a tight battle for months to come.
The runner-up this month goes to "new comer" Smooth with 42 trophies but 0 :plat: and third place goes to SC with 28 trophies and 0 :plat:

Yeah, I put in a lot of PS4 time this past month, especially in Shadow of Mordor. There are a couple of trophies that will probably be a pain in the ass to achieve (or need to be lucky), but I'm going to make an effort to platinum it.
And I still have yet to even start up Far Cry 4, so I should add more for my March numbers.

Did you buy any of the character DLC? Just wondering if they had any special powers that helped out.
If they did, I skipped them after a few tries. The DLC helps by giving you more challenges to get to 180, and the ability to skip the base challenges that gave you troubles. The DLC characters themselves weren't extremely helpful except for Wendy in the point challenge ones.

Ugh, I didn't think so. :/ Sometimes on my console it shows as zeros across the board before properly updating.

Most of my gametime is on 2K mygm where I can't earn anymore trophies. I have severe add with games. I don't think I've completely finished a game in almost a year.

Not a lot of people gained trophies this month. My lame excuse... work and EA Access.
I've barely played too. With waiting for a Madden patch and some Church stuff I have done the last couple weeks, I didn't have a lot of free time. This week coming up is a lot better and we have Canadian Thanksgiving the following weekend too.

Also good to see CLW's former "nemesis" JeffHCross back to trophy "whoring" with his 1st PS trophy in I don't know how long. I also checked and the once dominate force of the standings Violator also came out of hibernation a long time ago and appears to be gaming a bit (although not nearly at his 100 trophy minimum per month pace)

Right now all of my time is on NCAA14 and PC games. Uncharted 4 will probably be the next game I get on PS4.

Whore of the YEAR
CLW - CLW and SC really ran away from the competition in 2015 dominating the monthly leaderboards so no surprise those two would be up for Whore of the Year. In the end, CLW comfortably defeated his good friend for 2015 with 646 trophies and 8 :plat:.

I should have had my second platinum ever with Dragon Age. Except I started my second play through on Hard and moved it up to Nightmare at 7-8 hours. I should have restarted since it took almost 130 hours to finish and completing the game on Nightmare is the only trophy I'm missing. I will probably do a third playthrough next year although I can cut that time down since I don't have to get the other trophies anymore. I can do it in 100.

I still cant get the stupid Fallout 4 trophy for 100% happiness. That trophy sucks but since I have been getting a new character ready for the upcoming DLC, giving it one more shot. Will never get the Platinum but damn do I need this one out of the way.

Same for me and then I go off on a mission and it drops back to 60-70%. I even killed Trashcan Carla, which nobody seemed to care about but that did not help. Got the Junkyard dog. Most of my people are working stage 3 med stores and restaurants. I just refuse to spend a couple hours babying them to get it. Trying to level up a new character and have plenty to do. I will add that the Tesla Rife that you find in the Robot DLC is pretty bad ass. It has no range but you can use it like a shotgun and send waves of electricity to all the enemies near you. Best when fighting packs of ghouls or raiders up close.

Omg. Did not realize it’s been two years without a post here. I got my third platinum ever with God of War. Not really playing anything right now but September will be huge with Spider-Man, Tomb Raider and then RDR2 and NBA 2K at some point. Doubt I get another plat though.

I should get my first ever platinum here in the next week or two. I just have 5 trophies left to get on No Man's Sky. And to go those, I just have to warp to a bunch of new systems, destroy maybe another 50-70 ships and find all the animal species on two more planets, which are all things that I should get pretty much automatically just from continuing to play the game.
