I would say once we get the sliders determined. I started sending out invites to the league last night. Tex, is your PSN ID still the same?

SO maybe we are officially rolling by mid-week, end of week latest. Right now, the league is set to default AA but there will probably be some tweaks before we advance past the pre-season (or mid-year if the league feels it necessary.)

I am fine with waiting in the pre-season area until the big patch arrives if everyone else is. I didn't want people to bail thinking we weren't going to ever start!

I’m down to go ahead and run it. Otherwise, it might be another 2-3 weeks before we start only for something else to get hit from the next patch/update LOL

My suggestion is we wait until Monday evening and see if EA provides any further updates about the fixes. If they don't, we restart and plan to move forward with the game as-is.

The issues they're aware of are:

When using schemes and playbooks to change your coach playbook/scheme, your player archetypes and OVRs change based on the scheme.

"we recommend players do not use the schemes/playbook screen to change your playbooks, and instead use the Edit Coach screen to change your playbook."
We should be fine so long as we set what we want during the create-a-coach since that also sets your scheme/playbook.


Incoming freshman are not appearing in the Position Changes screen during the offseason.

This should be fixed by the time we reach the offseason so it shouldn't impact us.


Annual Non-Conference games are not rotating.

This would only impact us in the second season.



Since all these impacted existing dynasties, in theory, the fix would also repair existing dynasties.

Yeah I changed my stance on this. Simmed through a dynasty and the freshman not populating is a major bug that is a dynasty stopper. You have to be able to change players when they come in. So I agree with you guys here. I imagine this will be patched pretty quickly along with the other items
