Transfer Data from one PS4 external drive to another external drive?

My external HDD on my PS4 Pro has filled and Im a guy that doesn't like deleting ANYTHING. I bought a new external drive and have formatted it but cannot find the option to transfer the data from the full drive to the new larger one. All I can find is transfer from the internal HDD to another PS4 or from the internal HDD to an external.

Pretty sure you can't on the PS4. You would have to hook them up to a PC and copy the data over keeping the same file paths.

Yes, agree with the post above. As I know only this way is workable.

But still think about the possibility of removing something you do not need, it is unlikely you use all the games regularly.
