Did they happen to give any credit to the photographer/media outlet in the credits? I don't know if it will get anywhere, but I also agree some lawyer(s) are probably going to look into this one.

Most importantly, the young man who's picture/likeness they stole, who also happens to be an amateur athlete had no idea. (From the article, which has more coincidences than the one I listed, which was the most blatant).
