    College Football 2016 - Week 8

Another week is here. This week we dropped the Wednesday night games (and will do so again next week) and will just have 3 days of games.

But there are some good ones. BYU-Boise State is an intriguing matchup tonight, a big showdown between Memphis and Navy on Saturday, in addition to TCU-West Virginia, Texas A&M-Alabama, Ohio State at Penn State and Oklahoma trying to avoid another loss against Texas Tech.

Less time worrying about Oklahoma, more time making fun of Notre Dame being 2-5. Thanks.

Have a feeling that WVU is gonna get the shit kicked out of them by TCU. Just have that feeling.

    I'll do both next week.

I could see it. WVU always seems to come out of the gate strong, then get their asses handed to them in a Big 12 game mid-season and stumble to the end of the year.

Before I got sidetracked in the NFL thread last night, I had originally come here to post this.

    LOL BYU.

For the record, yes, that is BYU, running a fake punt, on 4th and 19, out of their own end zone!

The fact that anyone thought this was a good idea should be a fireable offense.

That's why I don't play online. Glad to see it backfire on the cheeser.

Someone needs to tell Nebraska they are playing Purdue. The team that fired it's coach last week.

UConn just can't get a win in anything today.

Poor Kansas, they just can't get anything to go right for them.

OU and Tech currently at a combined 1200 total yards. Still in the 3rd quarter. Bob it is time to fire your brother. Our secondary is shit and the rest is not much better. We have given up 5 or more 3rd and 20+ plays including yet another long TT touchdown as I am typing this.

Even little SMU kicked the crap out Houston today.

OU scores again, nearing 1300 yards of total offense and still in the 3rd quarter. Tech just misses a wide open receiver that would have been a 70+ yard TD.

Mahomes sets the Texas Tech record with 73 passing attempts (with 13:00 left in the game). Then proceeds to run a speed option for 22 yard TD.

    Not enough in the world.

Holy crap at Penn St. Did not see that coming. Was expecting an undefeated OSU/UM game.

This OU game is just getting embarrassing.

Leave it to Ohio State to fuck up against a team they should destroy by 30+.

OU now has over 850 yards of offense. Tech 762.

Mahomes now has the NCAA record for most yards in a game.

1,708 combined offensive yards, 854 offensive yards by each team. One QB going 52-88 for 734 yards passing and 5 touchdowns. The other QB goes 27-36 for 545 yards and 7 touchdowns.

Hey Oklahoma and Texas Tech, I think you need to fire your defensive coaches. Tom Landry and Chuck Noll are spinning in their graves.
