Once again MS jumps the gun.

Will post software when it arrives, sometime in week or two or three. NPD has been kinda funny as to when it releases software to the public as of late.

Overall:

August retail game sales are up 1% year over year.

Hardware was down 6% year over year.

Console and Handheld game sales were up 8% year over year.

Physical and Steam PC software sales were up 18% year over year.
