Oregon was up 31-7 so I figured that was that. Current score Oregon 45 Oregon St 42. Still plenty of time on the clock.
Our OC is OK for about 80-90% of games, but when he gets into situational calls, all bets are off. That 4th & 1 was a good instance of that. In the first half on a 2nd & 3, they proceeded to pass the ball the next three downs, turning it over.
To be fair on the 4th & 1, there were players open but it seemed that QB had pre-determined to go deep.

Those 4 ink blots looked nothing like our old logo other than it was yellow.
And when it comes to merch, no Iowa fan is gonna accidentally buy Southern Miss stuff and vice versa. I don't think Southern Miss is big in the Midwest and Iowa certainly isn't big here down south.
I like the new logo better anyway so I'm over it.
But Fuck Iowa. Can't wait for Michigan St. to crush their dreams.

Yeah, for a game the last couple years that has averaged an over/under of 100 points, I don't think anyone saw those two going into overtime tied at 14! Nuts.
I don't disagree. This new age of Nebraska football and fandom is something else, I'll say that. Not quite what it used to be. Now we have a vocal minority of fans who are more excited about the potential! after a 5-7 season than they are with the actualization of 9-4 or 10-4 and contending for division/conference title, for example. They'd also prefer we be flashy, on SportsCenter, and produce NFL skill players > winning games in a less flashy manner.

If I were a Clemson fan I would be very worried about North Carolina right now. They are just putting a licking on NC State right now. Auburn is doing much better against Bama than I ever expected. Ohio St did their part but Michigan St is simply not going to lose to Penn St.
