To be fair, the "Gold Standard" of sports video games MLB The Show has very little in the way of career statistics.

We'll find out next month, but unless something changes FIFA does not have career statistics.

NHL probably did the best last generation. If they'd just add in the teams that a player played for in a given season, I'd be content. Again though, we'll see what their next gen offerings are like next month.

MLB, in my opinion, is the one that needs to set the standard. First, statistics are everything in baseball. Far more important than any other sport. Second, The Show is made by Sony.

2K14 has career stats for players as well as all 32 nba teams.

It's Tiburon, expect no less. Every year they are crying about why they can't do this or that due to performance issues. I stopped being shocked the year (NCAA 10) they removed Alabama and Army's numbers off their helmets because it was causing technical issues.

They didn't remove them ... the game did it for them
