#16 Washington State falls at Boise State 38-35 in 2 OT.

WSU outplayed the Broncos, but three turnovers and several failed red zone trips left the door open for Boise. The opening possession of the game saw a WSU fumble on the Boise one-yard line that was returned for a 99-yard scoop and score. The Broncos also completed a game-tying touchdown pass as regulation ended to force OT.

The Cougars needed a win as after an off-week they face two user squads - at #23 Stanford (psusnoop) and then Tennessee (marcotte). They now face a 1-3 start to the season and could have a winless September.

The sliders seemed vastly improved and the CPU was legitimately competitive without breaking a lot of run plays like last week.

IMO the CPU QB is pretty average until they get into the red zone, then it seems their accuracy goes up despite less space to work with. I don't think that has anything to do with sliders, just the way the CPU logic works.

But somehow you'll still find a way to lose.

Maryland survives a close one against Iowa 41-38. The Terps run D was non-existent most of the game. If Iowa runs the ball the whole game then they win in a landslide. Iowa RB Michael Mallory ran for 328 yards on 22 carries for 5 TDs. Thankfully, they picked enough pass plays to help force a few punts. A missed FG from 50 yards and a failed 4th and goal from the 1 by the Hawkeyes were also key plays in the Terp's victory.

328 yards rushing on 22 caries and 5 tds, by a running back that would never happen in real life the cpu rb abitly needs to be addressed.

I ran into this in another od. It was against nykia. As soon as we tried to ready up I locked up completely and had to hard reboot my ps3. We tried for 3 days and over 12 attempts with different playbooks, uniforms, and anything else and nothing worked at all. I'd like to wish you luck but I can almost bet a SIM is in the future for you too. That's what we had to do.

It is definitely Heartbreak Saturday. Tommy's Minnesota squad upset #3 Arkansas 41-38. However, I did come back from down 21 to tie it with a couple minutes to go.

Man I hope we dont have to sim it. I'm itching to play with my new team. We're going to try again tonight and hopefully it works. We've played before and it's been fine, so I don't understand whats going on.
