I seen that their is an HC offer from Penn St. What happens to the user who is the OC/DC if another user takes over as the HC?

South Carolina was tempting, but I'm staying in Maryland. Can't win a National Title and bounce. Plus I got an awesome recruiting class.

I have access to a computer, but the Hospital I work at has it blocked. I love that site, on it all the time. I'll turn my phone on and do it from there.
