Online Dynasty questions

I'm sure its somewhere,but I dont want to spend a long time looking for it.

can someone please answer a few questions before I start an OD?

As an individual can I do more than one without paying some fee?

I've read about various problems, not being able to access stuff on the Dynasty page etc. Are those still a problem? Taking forever to load...?

As an individual, you can be in more than one without paying a fee. You can host one, and be in up to five, without paying any extra.

There are some bugs in the Dynasty wire page, but overall it works well. I just wouldn't recommend doing your recruiting through the Dynasty Wire right now. The console seems nearly bug-proof in that regard though.
