I actually toyed with this idea last year. You would need lots and lots of speed and depth.
Were you thinking of using mostly Wildcat?

Keep in kind I just toyed with it on '13 right before '14 came out so I did not go deep with it but it could work. You have to be willing to pass and run the inside plays because the defense will catch up to the sweeps if that is all you run. It was a lot like running an option attack, you had to be patient because there will be a lot of short gains and even losses but when you do hit a big play---watch out.
