I have created the Tailgate Golf CC for both PS3 and 360.

To join:

• Go to Country Clubs
• Join a Country Club
• Select Country Club Name
• Type in Tailgate Golf CC
• Hit Search
• Select the Club
• Hit X or A to join
• Enter password TGA14

I dont know, but did see after playing couple of rounds that I was invited to join country club... Not really sure if this is common, this is first time I have ever had season ticket and downloaded game...
