Stopping the comeback and out routes...

I tried everything from Cover 2 Man to Cover 2 Zone, Cover 2 Sink, Cover 3/4 and I still get beat. Any help would be appreciated.

I've had good success by simply alternating from man to man to zone defenses. It's a great route, and after it works 2 against man to man, I normally switch over to zone to confuse the quarterback and have my DB in good position against it. Also I've began defensive hot routing my LB and DE to cover the flats and it works big time. Hope this helps.

I use the comeback and deep out and the toughest coverage to throw it against is Man2 with press coverage. The corners play a trail technique and depending on the CB ratings the undercut everything even these two routes.
