I don't know about them being ugly on the inside, but from a marketing perspective I have to appreciate Fox's decision to, it seems, focus largely on attractive women to sell the company line. It's effective at the very least.

I was just telling my business partner the same thing. Just say, "I identify as a black person."
I'm not sure that would soothe whatever black person should have held that position while the white bitch did though.
