anyone else having freezing issues?

i have tested a ccm with game face and a ccm without game face..

both times during the offseason or 2nd preseason the game freezes up... I am about to give up on madden.. I really love the game how its set up but it just has so many issues that makes it almost unbearable..

I didn't use gameface so I'm not an expert but in my time with the game I had no freezes. However, it was reperoted that during season ticket game face was not working and was creating crashes and instability.
