Yup. That place is awesome for schedule inquiries of what games are on when and where.

Guess I'm gonna have to break out my other monitor so I can watch football and play Guild Wars 2 at the same time.

Damn you work, making me sit at work until 9am, then having to drive home (which I won't get home until around 9:45), when Navy-Notre Dame kicks off at 9am.

Already got the DVR set to record the game. I'll have to start it from the beginning when I get home and just have to fast forward like a motherfucker at each commercial break to try and catch up with the live broadcast.

I'm also going to have to completely turn my phone off since I get texts for every time a team scores and end of quarter for Navy games from ESPN. I don't want that shit spoiled!

Oh hell, I told one of my coworkers back in late July that he might need to fill in for me on my morning show on September 1st, I thought I felt a cough coming on.

Ok, things just got better for Saturday morning. The local Buffalo Wild Wings contacted one of our stations about doing a live remote starting at 8am specially for the Navy-Notre Dame game. So as soon as I get off work at 9am, I'm jumping in the station van that I drive on Saturday morning (better than using my own gas for a 20 mile drive back and forth every week ) and hauling ass back to town. I usually get back to town by around 9:25 or so, and Bdubs is right there off the highway, so by 9:30, I'll be sitting inside Buffalo Wild Wings, enjoying some food, and maybe an early beer or 5, and watching Navy-Notre Dame.

Why Bdubs is hosting a special remote on the local radio station at 8am Saturday morning? That, I don't know.

Bdubs doesn't even open until 11am on any given day of the week except for special occasions. Probably because it's the first Saturday of college football, and because Navy-Notre Dame is being played not only Ireland, but also kicking off at 9am. What better way to make some extra money than open the doors early and take advantage of 3 extra hours that a college football game will be on TV?

That, and the hell if I know why, but there seems to be a LOT of Notre Dame fans around this area. It's like my own personal hell around here, everywhere I look, it seems like there's a Notre Dame fan there. I didn't know NW Ohio even had that many mentally unstable and brain damaged people living around here.

I mean, Ohio has plenty of Catholics (and thereby plenty of ND fans), but I thought that was mostly Central/Southwestern. Didn't realize it went all the way up to Defiance.

Yeah, Notre Dame seems to have become a pretty popular team around here, unfortunately, lol.

Alright, I've got my list of games to watch this weekend. Not sure how much I'll get to actually watch some Saturday. I'll have been awake since at least 4pm Friday afternoon, up all night due to work, and will be awake Saturday until at least noon due to watching Navy-Notre Dame at Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately, most of the afternoon games may end up skipped due to sleep.

I'm also starting to hate the PAC-12 Network. Two great games that I won't get to watch, Nevada-Cal and San Diego State-Washington.
