    NCAA 14 (PS3) Long Running, Since Ncaa11 (10+ seasons) - Need 3 owners

    VNCAA PS3 ONLINE DYANSTY

    Hey guys,

I've got a league that I run with some guys from my Madden League... The Dynasty is moving along nicely and we're currently in the Conference Championship week of Season 1... We plan on playing as many Seasons as possible as long as the Interest from all the League members is there...

I'm coming here to recruit potential new owners, because I'm expecting interest in NCAA to dwindle with this current group of team owners that I've got once Madden 13 drops...

I'm expecting to lose 2 or 3 Owners after this first Season so now would be a great time to get on the wait list...

Here is the link to our league >>> HERE <<<

You can join as any OPEN Team that you like.

    Some of the basic rules...

    - Heisman - no slider adjustments yet... maybe some minor ones in Season 2.
    - 7 min quarters
    - All "aggressive" gameplay adjustments BANNED

Here is the Link to the rest of our Rules -->> RULES <<<

Both links require you to log in to view them. Do you have the rules posted somewhere else so we can see them without logging in?

    Thanks.

    VNCAA RULES

The VNFL Rules simply can't be used for the VNCAA because the games are two completely different entities... NFL Rules on Offense and Defense and what is "sim" and "unsim" are way too different between the two games to use the same set of Rules... With that being said, the RULES are As Follows...

**NOTE** - If you have any suggestions or ideas, contact me...

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    QTR Length--7 Minuntes
    Difficulty--Heisman
    Recruiting Difficulty--Heisman
    Player Speed Threshold
    --0
    Sliders--See Chart Below

ADVANCE TIME = 48 hours or Quicker depending on how soon games are played... WE WILL NOT RUSH ANYONE TO PLAY BEFORE THE 48 HOUR DEADLINE... Some Guys can't play every single day and we have to respect that.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Like I said above, College Football is a game that's hard to put restrictions on, so, the rules are WAY Different than those of the VNFL... We've all be playing long enough to know what we should and should not do... Here are a few Guidelines you can follow.

GAME PLAN Features------->AGGRESSIVE IS BANNED ENTIRELY --- No "aggressive" anything... If you want to go "conservative" by all mean go for it... For those that have played in the past, you probably understand where I'm coming from with this one...

Pass Committ------->To be used in reasonable passing situations or vs teams that you know run the "Air Raid" Offense...

Run Committ------>BANNED - this is completely unrealistic... The Defense looks like the Old Tecmo Bowl Days when you would pick the same play as your opponent and just fly to the ball... Its pretty ridiculous...

    **Couple Notes Before we Begin**

    #1------>NO RESTARTS -
I know things happen, but if becomes an issue you will be removed... Your going to lose a few games to the CPU, there is no shame in that.

#2 - Default Heisman and the Threshold at Zero until further notice... I want to get 1 full Season completed so we have a nice sample size of what we might need to change slightly in the future...

I for one, have played about 10 games already and I feel like Default Heisman is very realistic and fun... The CPU Doesn't seem to cheat, unless you get predictable on Offense... They do play tough, and they make some great plays... You wont walk into Penn State and dominate them this year, they will play you hard and make you earn it... The key thing is, I feel like the game does a good job of just playing smart, and playing tough, and it doesn't feel like its "cheating" you... While your in the game, it might feel that way, but after your finished, and you take a step back and think about how you played, my guess is that you'll see it differently...

*Example* - i just played a game vs Cal as Ohio State... They sacked me 11 times and picked me off 4 times... What does that tell you? I was clearly passing the ball too much and I abandoned my run game because I got down 10 points early... If I had continued to play my game, I probably would have won by 2 touchdowns, considering ALL That stuff went wrong (11 sacks, 4int) and I still only lost by 2 points...

Moral of the story? Play smart, mix it up. If you notice that it seems like the CPU "knows" what your doing, then switch up what your doing... If you run allot on 1st down, and you see them crowding the Box with 9 defenders, hit them with a PA Pass or a quick screen... Just keep them guessing...

Even if you do those things, your still going to lose some games to the CPU... They are tough, they play smart and even lesser schools like Cal can sneak up and bite you in the ass sometimes...

With all that being said, I highly doubt that any user will go undefeated vs the CPU this year... Which is a good thing since we have Funk and Biz in a Conference alone, with no other Users

#3 - CUSTOM PLAYBOOKS in for Season 2 ... They have been fixed (so they say)... If you come across any issues, let me know... You will have to submit your playbook for approval before use. If your a "Air Raid" team, you shouldn't have the Maryland I-Form in your playbook.

    *GENERAL RULES*

#1 - NO RESTARTS - I know things happen, but if becomes an issue you will be removed... Your going to lose a few games to the CPU, there is no shame in that.

1.RESPECT (50 point rule) - This goes for CPU and USER Games... If you play another USER, the same 32 point rule that we all know and love applies... If you play the CPU, don't win by more than 50 points... If your a powerhouse program vs a 1-AA School, I "might" understand this rule being pushed, but, here we wont be playing any 1-AA Schools as your Non Conference games will be vs Quality CPU Opponents Users from Other Conferences... General rule of thumb vs the CPU, if you wouldn't do it to a USER, then don't do it to the CPU... Play your backups, and your Freshman players. If you don't they could decide to transfer to another school.

    2. OFFENSE - If you want to run the Spread, the No Huddle, the Air Raid thats fine... If your playing against a team that runs these types of Offenses, and runs them well, you could think they are "cheesing" you, when in reality they are just good at what they do... Again this comes back to NCAA football being a Completely different animal than the NFL Game... Running QB's are Common here and your going to see plays that you would NEVER See in an NFL Game... So, Get used to it...

    3. There are no recruiting restrictions... If you can grab 10, 5 Star recruits, then by all means go for it... If you break rules, you will lose Scholarships.

    4. Going on 4th Down... encourage straight play in this league, however, I do not want to limit players to the point where they cannot play aggressively. With that in mind, here is the rule on 4th downs:

    A. Whenever you are inside the opponent's 40 yard line, you are permitted to for it on 4th down.
    B. If you are behind by two touchdowns or more in the second half, you can go for it whenever you like.
    C. If you are the losing team in the 4th quarter, you can go for it whenever you like.

    5. The No-Huddle Offense:
No-Huddle is allowed but shall be ran correctly. If you decide prior to the season to run a "true" No-Huddle Offense, then obviously you should be running it all game. Upon any incomplete pass, loss of yards or clock stoppage, the offense MUST huddle up.

ALSO, No crazy package changes when running hurry up. IE: Going from a 4WR set to a Ace set where you would have WR's playing TE. You must stay within the personnel that's on the field. Before snapping the ball in the No-Huddle offense, be respectful to the other User/CPU to get set on the field, if you see a User is still trying to line up to play, be responsible & SIM and give him an extra second to get set. Obviously if it's a running out of time scenario before a half/game ends, things will be more urgent and the opposing User should realize that.

    - The No-Huddle may also be run by a User at any time inside the 2:00 minute mark in the 2nd & 4th quarters.

    - If a User is down 14-points or more in any part of a game, he is permitted to put his offense in a No-Huddle tempo for a series of plays (not a series of series) in an attempt to try and spark his offense.

    - Once a User is behind 17 points or more in any game, he is permitted to go into a No Huddle offense. But once that User pulls the score differential within 10 or more, he must go back to a huddle offense.

    That's all for now...

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If a situation arises, I will adjust these rules accordingly... I don't foresee that happening though, so just play smart, and have fun.

Good Luck! I think you will all enjoy this League and this game this year!

    There you go GiG.

They are pretty straight forward if you ask me. If you've played in leagues before, you probably wont see anything out of the ordinary with our Rules.

We're in the Bowl Week of Season 1 now... I know for a fact the CLEMSON Coach is leaving after this 1st year... So that team will be open... As of right now, these teams below are Taken...

WE WANT - Guys that will play SIM STYLE FOOTBALL

WE WANT - Guys that are looking to be apart of a COMMUNITY

WE WANT - Guys that aren't ALL ABOUT WINNING at all costs

WE WANT - Guys that wont defeat the CPU by more than 50 Points

WE WANT - Guys that wont score with :12 seconds left in the game when already up BIG and a simple Kneel Down would end the game.

WE WANT - Guys that will respect others and not RAGE them if they lose

WE WANT - Guys that can play at a 48 hour pace and plan on playing far past the real NCAA Season

If you think your one of these guys, I'd love to have you... I've had great success recruiting Owners from The Gaming Tailgate and I'm sure we'll get some more.

We are in Week 5 of Season 3 and we don't plan on slowing down any time soon.

Talk to me if your interested.
