I've never been in an OD. Where will I find the invite?

In-game when you go into the OD section.

    Thanks.

Invite accepted, coach made (didn't realize that I couldn't set my coaches book as my custom book), board set, recruits scouted, and now ready to advance.

Actually once you're in the OD you should be able to edit your coach philosophy. However in simmed games, I think it looks at playbook style plus your coach sliders to sim the games... Not certain about that though.

I'll check but if I can't add my playbook to my coach, it's not a big deal since we aren't really playing the games.

You can definitely set a Custom PB in your Coach's Philosophy, but as G said it's debatable about what actually gets used.

I would like to be added to the waiting list....I'll assume I'm #3 on that list.

If your still looking for people I'd like to get in. This is more or less the type of league I was looking for. PS3 Tag is sdtony42

I would LOVE to be in this league. Cool Idea! I do the same thing every year.

I'm currently the commish of my own 12-team OD. I'm a dedicated player. I would always be able to meet the 24-hour deadline. I'm sure this is full, but I want on the waiting list. I would LOVE to be in this OD.

I only had 5 interested recruits. This should be fun.

Guys I'm starting something very similar. I just love this idea. So why wait? Since this is full drop me your psn and tell me what team and position (oc/dc) you want. Not trying to steal guys from this league at all. But if you're on the waiting list here like me, let's start one too and get going.
