Yeah but if you did recruit before me he wouldn't show up right? I know on the console it doesn't matter when you recruit it doesn't show up until the next week but I thought on DW it will just update after he has committed.

I recruited last night shortly after the advance and he was one of the guys I talked to. Not sure if that answers your question or not.

I recruited right after advance and he didn't show as committed at that point.

I like that (at least on DW) it shows during-week commits. I was after that Stephen Marks OT and when I pull up my target list, it shows committed to USC. Now you don't have to worry about recruiting later than someone else and giving a guy time that has already committed.

Ok, I thought you were saying it showed him as being committed no matter when you recruited on DW. It worked that way on DW last year too though. If you got a guy to commit mid week and I recruited after you on DW it would show him as committed.

A strong reason why I enjoyed recruiting from the web last year. It also showed (still does) who is going after who with scholies. I like my board better this morning then I did before we advanced just knowing many teams have already recruited.

Silver lining would be if you didn't recruit yet this week you can use that time somewhere else.

I started clicking around to different things, search players, pipeline and rosters and such and Boom all my time returned

I noticed during the preseason that the Time #s aren't updating properly after calls. They only update when you take an action, not when you complete one. So I imagine your 6:00 and :30 was leftover from something else, like maybe another dynasty.

If you haven't downloaded the week yet, then it'll show. If you've already downloaded it, then yes, it won't update until next week. That's why I got very accustomed to checking my recruiting through the web on Week 1

I think if you log back in DW after the commitment, it will show now.

EDIT: Scratch that theory. I deleted my save file, re-downloaded the Dynasty and that player is still uncommitted. Clearly that's not accurate. I swear that wasn't the behavior on '11 though.

I've noticed that too, but since this was my first chance to recruit online or in any dynasty something else had to have been happening.
