Stadium & Field Art Corrections - NCAA Football 12 Wish List & Feedback

    Stadium & Field Art Corrections

Use this thread for wish list & feedback items on corrections/updates for stadiums and/or field art in NCAA Football 12.

Please post pictures (preferably from 2010 season) as text-only descriptions do not help the art team. If possible, take pictures this fall from games you attend and share them here. If extremely large in size, hide them behind the SPOILER tag.

Be clear, but concise in making your wishes. Any off-topic posts will be deleted.

Also read through thread for more info, pics, and links.

Akron - New Stadium: InfoCision Stadium
Alabama – End zone structure & ‘ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE’ text on walls, mid-field logo size/text color
    Arizona - Field Art
Arkansas – Field art & uniforms; New Turf
Arkansas State – Field Art, New Turf
Auburn – Field Art (transparent between letters, no white), US Flag on large flagpole (currently empty)
    Baylor - New Turf (2010)
Cal - Stadium renovation - Expected to be finished 2012 season; Cal will be playing at AT&T Park for the 2011 season
East Carolina – Field Art (Best in the country; have got to get this one in. Instead of them pushing it up to you, make it then get them to sign off. If EA can get Augusta into TW12, they can get this field art into NCAA 12. Incorrect for at least two years now.)
Florida State - Field Art (Incorrect for two years)
Houston – Field art (2009 reference shot, still correct though)
Indiana – Stadium Signage (Reflecting stadium nickname of The Rock), No bleachers on right side (Knot Hole Park berm seating), Both end zones say ‘INDIANA’, North End Zone Student-Athlete Development Center added to left side in 2009 creating horseshoe, uniforms out of date (Pants, IU logo on back collar)
Michigan State – Uniforms, Field Art, FG Post Pads; Signage: National Champions, end zone, conference/corner signage
Mississippi State – Field Art (Seems they changed EZ colors, SEC logo placement, added 36 sometime following Auburn game, but before Arkansas game.)
Missouri – Commentary: “Faurot Field” mispronounced. Should be “Fuh-row” not “fuh-rot”
NC State – Field Art (Incorrect for at least two years), Stadium Signage
Nebraska – Stadium Signage: Retired Jersey (93), Sellout & Academic All-American Numbers, Uniforms
Nevada - New Turf (July 2010)
North Carolina - Stadium Renovation/Expansion - 'Phase II and the Blue Zone'
North Texas - New Stadium (2011)
    Notre Dame – Uniforms
Oklahoma St. - no endzone bleachers
Ole Miss – Field Art, New Mascot (Black Bear)
Oregon – Stadium Signage (Walls green; ‘Win the Day’ signage), New Turf
Pittsburgh – End zone seating & signage (addition from last year taken out for more front seating)
    Purdue – Field Art
    Rutgers - New Turf (2010)
San Diego State – Field Art & Stadium Signage (Tarped seats with SDSU logos)
Stanford – Stanford bench is side nearest to pressbox, End zone font, Number placement on back of helmets
TCU – New west and north stadium section and renovation, Field Art should not be faded, End zone signage
    TCU - Stadium expansion/renovation
Temple – Field Art (Basically blank), Stadium signage outdated, Unis by Under Armor, Helmet Stickers
Texas - Turf Instead of Grass (2009)
Toledo – Uniforms by Under Armor, Stadium Signage, End zone font incorrect – needs unbolded
Troy – Stadium name reverted to Veterans Memorial Stadium after bankruptcy of Movie Gallery
    UCLA - Field Art
    UTEP - New Turf (2009)
Vanderbilt – Field Art (Namely end zones)
Virginia – Field Art Color (Almost dark Orange, not as faded) & End Zone Art out of date
Washington – Field Art (Purple backdrop, white text, gold trim); New Turf (2009) [2009 Image]
Wyoming – Alternate uniforms (Basically 2009 Pro-Combats), End zone text yellow & mid-field logo outlined in yellow

Ole Miss got a new field design last season that didn't make it in the game this year figured I would post pics.

    Spoiler: show

    Ole Miss in the center.
    Ole Miss in north endzone.
    Rebels in south endzone.

Blue background, red letters, and white outlining in the endzones.
Red letters with a white outline on Ole Miss in the center.

That would be so much more realistic if only a small sliver of eastern North Carolina was represented. 2/3 of the state doesn't give a crap about the Pirates, for better or for worse.

A way to say...."we own the state, regardless of who gives a crap! So take that NC!" lol. Either way that logo is tight

    Ok, here's Stanford Stadium.

In the first picture, outlined in green is the vistors section. Shown in red is the student section. The area filled in green is where the opposing band should be located, and the area filled red is the stanford band section. The student section should be wearing all red. My drawings are a bit off, so the seating chart will be a better thing to go off of.

Kudos to you guys though, because the stadium overall looks fantastic!
A post taken directly from Utopia sometime last year, and absolutely zilch was done about it. EA, I am disappoint.

its kind of minor, but USC @ UCLA should be a 50/50 crowd split. i know its not a bowl game, but in real life, the crowd isnt made up of 95% UCLA fans

I feel like with most local rivalries there should be a strong showing for the visiting team. Last year's Cal @ Stanford game probably had more Cal fans there than Stanford

    Martin Stadium (WSU)

    http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g2...10/Martin1.jpg

    http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g2...10/Martin2.jpg

I must say that WSU's Martin Stadium was done beautifully in this years game. 2 major and 2 or 3 minor additions and a darn near perfect match can be achieved.

Circled in the 1st image are the NEW TOWER/WALKWAY behind the stadium on the scoreboard side, the camera well behind the opposite endzone, seen at ever WSU game, and in the back right corner the overhang for the student entrance (not sure if that is in the game yet, I doubt it though). The un-circled and more minor fixes are the Nike banner below the bleachers behind the endzone, the Coca Cola stand in the corner of the stadium to the left and directly above that the American Flag on the pole.

The 2nd image is the same without the annoying red circles. The Tower Walkway is ajoining from the tower to the buildings behind the stadium, although it's tougher to see that, and stairs spiral all the way up and around the Tower.

Again EA, thank you for your dedication to stadiums around the ncaa. Just a couple fixes here and you'll be golden, for now. I say that because there are more renovation plans including Luxury seating and a lodge box above the student section.

Another quick thing, though sidelines are fairly poorly done and are barely a part of the game, it would be nice if Stanford could be on the right side of the field (the sideline nearest to the pressbox). Thanks.

All Pac-10 teams need the new conference logo at both (I believe) 25 yard lines.

Speaking of which I really wish they would take the time to work on the sideline players (if not also coaches), and personnel before doing more crap with the cheerleaders.

Troy's Movie Gallery Stadium reverted to its former name of Veterans Memorial Stadium after the Movie Gallery corporation entered bankruptcy.

ECU's stadium is awesome, with thier stadium expansion. Stadium has added a new end zone section, call the Boneyard. Here is a picture.

Also the state logo on the field is the best logo in college football!

for NC STATE has a big block "S" and on the 25 yard line on both sides have the block "S"

and when NC STATE comes out, they smoke up the cave and rush the field. just like Miami

Couple suggestions for Cincinnati Nippert Stadium

On the Main Scoreboard, there is only two ads, on each side, not multiple ones in NCAA 11 PS3, and there are two black ads below the main ads
picture of the scoreboard with big east championship sign

also right next to the tunnel there is a inflatable Bearcat mascot (this picture was taken before the Fresno State Game in 2009, just to show the location in comparison to to main videoboard

Saw the link from the Band Thread, so I figured I'd post here too.

Here's a personal photo with the logo located on the 25 at the Rose Bowl (though kinda at an angle; apologies):

Also, UCLA had a different end zone layout at the Rose Bowl this season. In the past, the North end zone would say "UCLA" and the South would have "Bruins"; the end zones were completely grass except for the painted letters. This past season, both end zones had "UCLA", with the letters on a blue rectangular background, which you can kinda see here:

Finally, both 20 yard lines are colored (the yellow line would be on the side closest to the end zone for either 20, blue on the side closest to midfield/the 50):

Thanks for providing a place to post some input!
