Since there seems to be a difference in playing live with people on the four different hole locations and playing Live Tournaments, we are going to just go with Live Tournaments from here on out. If EA can patch in round by round settings for the Live Tournaments, then we can open it back up, but for now we'll try just the Live Tournament for a couple weeks and see how that goes.
I e-mailed the devs to see if this is something that they can fix on the website for 13 in the Live Tournament set up. If so, then we can definitely open it back up to playing live with people w/ stroke simultaneous.

Also for the guys who like to golf live with others, you can do what Snoop, Eric, and I have done, just do a conference phone call and chat through bluetooth on the phone.
works well, been using this for pretty much all games these days
Until the PS4 when we may finally have party chat.
