That North Dakota State-Georgia Southern game would be a great game I think. Looking forward to that potential match-up should both win their games next weekend.

I had Georgia State winning it all this year but Maine whipped App State this week and App State was one of the teams that beat Georgia Southern. If Montana State can somehow beat Sam Houston we could have an all Montana final. Sam Houston struggled this week so anything is possible. That is why the playoffs rule. A bunch of good teams left and there are no gimmies. In the second round there were 8 games and only 2 were blowouts.

But it would be a rematch! Actually, a Montana-Montana State final may not be that great. In their rivalry game back on November 19th, Montana easily beat Montana State 36-10.

    Go Black Bears!

I'm a University of Maine alum, and our football team was always pretty terrible while I was attending school. Nice to see them put together a solid season, though I imagine it might be too much to hope for them to get much further in the playoffs.

I think I'm actually gonna try to watch some of these games. At least they make freakin' sense when it comes to crowning a champion...

App State out, James Madison out, Wofford out ... I have no reason to care about the playoffs at this point. One of the first years, at least since 2005, I'm unlikely to watch a single FCS playoff game.

Wow, that Dobson catch could contend, still like the Akpla catch a little more, mostly because of the style points he gets for keeping it off the ground when flipping over.

Montana State really can't hang with Sam Houston, as it's shown through the first half. Every big play they seem to get, they follow it with a 3rd and out. If MSU kept running the ball, then they'd be a little closer, but they aren't really trying down in the red-zone it seems to really pound it.

The initial catch, I agree. The body control necessary to totally prevent that ball from hitting the ground ... disagree.

That dude hopefully has a NFL career ahead of him because that was a spectacular catch.
