Online Dynasty Coaching Carousel Quandry....

So I'm at the end of our third season in my online dynasty. I'm ending my 3 year contract with Louisville. I have a 94% security with B+ prestige. I achieved 9 of my 12 goals. I have the highest security in the country. Coaches that are below 20% include Luke Fickell, Gene Chizik, Dabo Swiney and Muschamp at UF....

My question or my problem is what do I do when I enter the carousel in the off season. The first contract offered is my new contract at Louisville (I think?) and what happens if I don't accept or decline it right away and ignore it. What are the chances of my getting a better job at this point? Is it easier to get a new job while your still under contract so you don't risk losing that spot?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've be surprised if you didn't get get some nice offers. If you want to move on from Louisville, I'm fairly certain you'll get a shot at something better.
