First really good matchup is in the Lonestar State next Friday.
TCU at Baylor
As long as Robert Griffin is on the field, Baylor has a shot and TCU knows it.
These are my week 1 Thursday night games I'm going to be watching.
Mississippi State at Memphis - FSN
UMass at Holy Cross - CBSSN
UNLV at Wisconsin - ESPN
Kentucky at Western Kentucky - ESPNU
New Hampshire at Toledo - ESPN3
North Texas at Florida International - ESPN3
Going between all four games on TV, but focusing mainly on UMass-Holy Cross, and then focusing on North Texas-Florida International on ESPN3, with New Hampshire-Toledo sitting in PIP.
Friday night, since the HS team we broadcast all the games for goes back to Friday night next week, after their week 1 rivalry game this week that they play on Thursday night whenever they play at home, I'll be DVR'ing TCU-Baylor and watching it between the time after I get home from doing HS football, and before I leave to go do my morning show a couple hours later.

I'll find some way to watch every game on Thursday night, and will definitely watch TCU-Baylor on Friday.

Pretty good picks for each week, based on going into a season.
