    It was my understanding that, in the beginning, they worked together (before Xavier lost the ability to lose his legs) as scientists or something and, of course, they're very old friends as well.

    I watched the X-Men cartoon, and a couple of the movies, so I am definitely interested in this movie. Just don't know the back story.

    They met ad kids and worked together then basically Magneto got fed up with non mutants

    I had a book or something that was basically the storyline of the First Class, and the movie seems to be following the lore very closely. Magneto and Xavier were certainly on the same side -- in fact, several mutants in the Brotherhood were X-Men, at first. Magneto recognized there was a fundamental difference in their philosophies, so he left.

    So I'll probably reveal a little too much about myself but yes I own all of the Muppet movies. Got to say the original and Treasure Island are my favorites.

    Also a really good drinking game, watch the original and drink everytime they say Kermit.

    That Muppets movie is a must. However, for me right now... it's all about seeing SUPER 8! Gotta love the sci fi!

    I plan on seeing both. I don't think I have ever seen a Muppets movie in a theater.
