NHL 12 Slider Template

Since steelerfan is a bit of a resident "Slider Guru" here and I know that his NHL sliders are supposed to be pretty solid but it's hard to document slider settings in the game, I decided to go through and make up this template for all of the sliders which actually have gameplay effects. I look forward to people sharing sliders using this template!

Note: For any slider that has a "line" which is set--not just "On", "Off", etc...--I have tried to approximate percentages based on how many "clicks" there are available.
