I called AT&T and they kept insisting that I must have a power supply box attached to a wall that is likely in my garage. I told them that I do not.
Two minutes later...
AT&T lady: Are you sure you don't have a power supply box?
Me: I promise, no such box exists in the garage or anywhere else. A technician was here 2 days ago and he probably failed to notice or install one.
A couple minutes later...
AT&T lady: Since you cannot locate the power supply box, I cannot help you over the phone. We will have to send someone out.
Me (agitated): Let's clear something up. THE BOX IS NOT HERE. You keep insinuating that it is and that I'm either too stupid to know it or that I can't locate it. I don't appreciate the implication.
Minutes later...
AT&T lady: Is there anything that you'd like me to note for the technician?
Me: Yes, I do not have any dogs.
AT&T lady: Ok. I will note it. (Types for a minute). I have noted this one. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Me: Yeah, so I will be without service for at least 24 hours. Is that reflected on my bill or do you not provide service and just keep the money? How does that work?
(She adjusts bill, something the customer should not have to request)
AT&T lady: Is there anything else I can help you with?
Me: I need to pass more information on to the technician. Can you go back to those notes?

Me: I have a teenage daughter who gets creeped out by prosthetic limbs. If you technician has like a prosthetic leg or wrist or something, he will need to wear a long pant leg or sleeve to hide it, too avoid any issues.

My daughter is playing GTAV. Offline. I'm not sure if she's able because she is on my Primary PS4 or what but I can't access anything but Rocket League. I don't want to boot her from the Primary PS4 either because I'm afraid that if I switch users it won't let me play and then won't let her either after she gets back on.

Welp, even though I had already done it all I decided to try the old unplugging and resetting routine again. I got service for about 1 minute before it went out again. So, I reset it all again and it's been on for about 30 minutes now.

Yep. Those Fuckers have never been in my garage. I thought about keeping the appointment today and stapling a cardboard box to the wall in my garage, writing "AT&T Power Supply" on it and telling the tech "my bad, I found this last night and was able to get it working again".
