Buy next-gen consoles, games, or anything from Amazon to support The Gaming Tailgate

As you make the move to next-gen - purchasing new consoles, games, accessories, & more - your purchases on Amazon can help support The Gaming Tailgate.

Support The Gaming Tailgate by using our referral link: Amazon Video Games

Anything you buy while using that link will contribute a percentage to the site while costing you nothing additional whatsoever. All proceeds will go directly to the site for server costs, prizes, etc.

Here are some handy links directly to next-gen consoles and items:

    Console & Accessories

    - PlayStation 4 Console - Dualshock 4 Controller - PlayStation 4 Camera -

    - Xbox One Console (Day One Edition) - Xbox One Wireless Controller -

    Games

    NCAA Football 14: PS3 - 360

    Madden NFL 25: PS3 - 360 - PS4 - XB1

    Watch_Dogs: PS3 - 360 - PS4 - XB1

    NBA 2K14: PS3 - 360 - PS4 - XB1 - PC

    NBA Live 14: PS4 - XB1

    Battlefield 4: PS3 - 360 - PS4 - XB1

    Call of Duty: Ghosts: PS3 - 360 - PS4 - XB1

MLB 14: The Show: PS4 - (PS3 & Vita links on same page)

As well, we've added an Amazon search capability on our support the site page. With that, you can now search for ANYTHING on Amazon and it will contribute a percentage towards the site. ANYTHING you buy from Amazon can qualify. You can also access that page by clicking the Home button and then click Support the Gaming Tailgate.

If there are additional games or ANY items from Amazon you would like a direct affiliate link for - and are unable to get the correct link with the search feature linked above - please feel free to request them in this thread and we will post it here.

The Gaming Tailgate thanks you for your support.

When I use the second link I end up at "http://www.amazon.com/ref=nb_sb_noss_null". Doesn't seem right.

Hmmm... yeah I get the same. Looks like the "All Products" link won't work how I had hoped it would. Instead we can only link to specific categories so if you guys want to give some feedback on items that you regularly purchase we can add those links. As well, anytime you plan to make a significant purchase, you can always PM myself or cdj and we can provide a link that will include the affiliate code.

Yeah, I'd say that second link isn't correct.

Maybe look at Newegg. Not sure if it's something that they do or not, but definitely worth checking out.

Cool. I wish I had known about this before my wife purchased MLB The Show; Tiger and Nascar from Amazon.

Sounds good. I now make all of my game purchases through Amazon as the credit you get and my Prime membership make it worth it, besides gone are the days where I have to one of the first people to get a game by going by the local stores.

G, is there a link that explains how the Amazon referral's work? Do only referral --> item --> add to cart --> Purchase work?

Yeah... it sounds like that's pretty much how it works. Here's an image that sort of explains it:

I'm pretty much sold on pre-ordering Madden from Amazon with the $20 credit. However, I had a question. Obviously, I will use the TGT link but if I use previous Amazon credit to pre-order Madden will I still get the additional $20 credit back when it ships?

Yeah... I've use it to build from one game to the next. I bought Crysis 2 with $15 off offer, then used that on Tiger with $25 off and then used that with Portal 2 with $20 off.

Cool so basically I can spend $60 of my Amazon credit for Madden 12 and then get $20 credit back?

Think Amazon will ever give $20 for a NCAA 12 pre-order? I have like $100 in Amazon credit that I am itching to spend but would rather use it on NCAA over Madden.

I'm say almost certainly that Amazon will have some sort of pre-order bonus... if they did it with Tiger, you'd have to think they'd do it for NCAA.

How do I give the site credit if I need to shop around first? If I use the link will it remember where I came from?

Nope... looks like it won't if you navigate around. I'll setup a dedicated page or something that will have basically everything for Amazon all on one page allowing you to shop for anything. I'll try to get that up sometime today or tomorrow if you aren't in any big hurry.
