Defeating Run Commit in Online game (with videos)

Went into lobby and asked for a straight, mature, no AI abuse game.
this must have been a kid because he did hurry up on dead balls and that dumb run commit left or right. I dont even know what the command for that is?
I won 30-29 but its frustrating because the only reason he got his points was from hurry up and the running around in backfield and chucking crap... I know, thats been going on forever.

if it hadnt have been for a safety, interception and recovering his fumble on a punt return I probably would have lost, even though I had the ball for 14:18 because I ran it almost all game because it looked like he came out in man/ 3-2-6 or something similar all game. He bunched all his guys near the line but I usually got positive yards. I got 3-4-5 yards going up the middle using pinch blocking.
But occasionaly he used that run commit but to the wrong side haha. one time he guessed to the correct side but it was dive and I just had enough space and time to move to the other side haha.

this is nothing new to any of you but I was stoked with the stat line after the game, and had to share haha

    passing- 2 for 5 for 34 yards
    rushing
Royster- 23 for 269 yrds - 3 TDs long 73 = didnt hit x soon enough to save that one
    Suhey-4 for 21 yrds- 1 TD
    S. Green 3-13
    def.-
Devin Lewis- 1 int. and 1 safety
I also punted twice and he didnt at all= and I still had ball for over 14 minutes haha

videos of his run commit in next post below

I forgot to mention. At end of game he messaged me saying " good game partner".

I messaged him back saying "thanks but you used hurry up on dead balls, is that straight?"

it was late at night. I'll see later if he responded to that haha

Off-hand, I believe it is L2 + (Left or Right on Right Stick).

I understand why it is in the game, but also why some people are opposed to it. I don't use it, even though I probably should when someone is extremely predictable. I do use Pass Commit very frequently and once in a blue moon will use Run Mid down on the goalline, but I almost always get burned on a quick run outside though.

I wish my WRs blocked like that! That was impressive.

Nice highlights - thanks for sharing them.

Its not even a realistic feature. Its just animated characters doing a Silver Surfer move to one side

I wouldn't say it's completely unrealistic but no real coach would ever use it. If you told all of your defense to slant and slam one side you would get that effect. The key is to do just what you did, cut to the opposite side and.......GONE!

    Here's an example of it's realism -

yes, it is a completely unrealistic cartoony feature that over rides any procedural logic IMO
