Anyone 360 Dynasties starting up or still going?

I would be interested if the rules aren't to far out there like " after you throw the ball is thrown you have to let the cpu make the play on offense and defense" type stuff. Been playing a long time just offline dynasties get a little old when you stomp the cpu on Heisman. I tried making my own with new rosters but it tells me that servers are down but then I try to make one with default rosters and it goes through, not to sure what that is about but if anyone knows anything let me know when you can.
