Based on the ratings above I'd vote for 79 and lower, those teams have flaws on both offense and defense where as those 80 rated teams have either a top rated defense (Cardinals) or offense (Lions) which could potentially win some games for you.

I agree. That leaves almost half the league to choose from

My brain can't wrap itself around the Steelers being that low compared to their their division rivals. They're closer to the Browns than the Bengals!
