General Uniform Ideas

Just thought of making a thread where you can post pictures of actual uniforms you find on the internet whether it be high school or amateur or small college or years ago or what ever. Anything typical, cool ,unusual ugly,funky weird,fantastic,boring. Just pictures of football uniforms to give anyone an idea to do that type or come up with their own twist to it. You can post team logos too. Even stuff you wish you could do on team builder but really cant for obvious reasons.

The team builder editor may not be that great but you can still come up with your own twists and creative ideas that are better than the typical stuff people do and you need an idea to exercise that thought.

The auction is for 48 color slides of a football game that, according to the seller, was played in Japan in March of 1974. The circumstances surrounding the game are unknown, but there are enough uniform anomalies here to warrant a closer look.

As you can see, there are at least three jersey styles in the frame, and at least four helmet styles (if you count the “Z” and “R” versions of the dark helmet as separate styles). Of course, the Cowboys were using NOBs by 1974. So if that’s really a Cowboys jersey, it’s an old one.
