Fairly sure I'm [5star] C+.
I'm positive I'm a 5-star program with C+ stability as well. :dunno:

The blog cdj posted on Team Ratings said that for Offline Dynasty, Program Stability was calculated using Team Prestige. I have had the feeling for a few weeks now that it equates to [5star]->C+, [6star]->B, and so far that's bearing itself out.
That's ridiculous.
I agree. Program Stability should somehow be tied to your coach's approval rating (or whatever its called).
Well, for offline dynasties, it is. But I guess that stuff isn't tracked as closely for online dynasties (since contracts don't "really" exist, and we can't be fired). I'm okay with the concept that Team Prestige is used, but not in this manner. Certainly not having 5-star teams be a C+.
It also seems that only user teams are affected in this way, which makes it further annoying.
Miami is a[6star] and has Stability of A+
And yet Miami is the only team to have 3 coaches in the last two seasons. Lol.
I'll be curious come the offseason if that changes. Since Miami didn't start the season with an owner (didn't Guru join mid-season?) then I'm wondering if it reset itself since it was owned by the CPU.Quote:

Just to update this Jeff, but Miami now has A on Stability.
