Will there be bowl patches in NCAA 12? Update: Yes

Is there gonna be bowl patches on the jerseys?

I don't think anyone knows for sure yet.

I would have assumed if bowl patches were in the game they would have been in the initial screenshot.

Don't give the "Dreads People" more to complain about. Bowl Patches! #1 seed (which will be knocked out in Round 1 in next year's TGT Tourny)

i'm sure this is simple and could be added now. But theyll string along as usual with lame excuses.

Because the jerseys are a texture layer on a player model, "simple" is not really accurate. They've created some tech in the last few years (see: the tech that allowed them to put in bowl endzones) that would make it easier, but still not "simple", depending on how the textures are currently rendered. It is a fairly logical follow-up to getting the numbers on the helmets in NCAA 11, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it take a while longer to get bowl patches. It's a fairly significant investment for a limited importance.
