Washington State rallies to defeat Stanford in a back-and-forth game featuring eight lead changes 42-38.
RB Teondary Caldwell finished with 244 yards rushing and four scores. During the game-winning drive, QB Justin Butler went down with an injury. However, back-up QB Apodaca tossed the GW TD pass with :10 remaining.
WSU improves to 6-2 on the season.
Maryland takes down Ohio State 35-21 at home to improve to 7-1 on the season. A balanced attack and ball security were the keys to victory for Maryland. Their offense was only stopped once on the day and they were able to run the clock out to end the game by not being stopped. The Maryland defense picked off Ohio State twice which really proved to be the difference. This win keeps Maryland undefeated in Big 10 play as they hope to repeat as conference champs.
Good game Marlowe. Look forward to another good one next season if you stay at Ohio State.
