• FIFA 16 Demo Coming September 8

    The FIFA 16 demo launches on September 8 and will contain a bevy of game modes and teams.

    The demo will allow new or inexperienced users to hone their skills with FIFA trainer along with new skill games. Players will have 12 teams to choose from for kick-off games, including the U.S. and German Women's National Teams. Finally, users will be able to try out FUT Draft by building a squad and playing in an offline match.

    September 8 will be a busy day for EA SPORTS. Not only is the FIFA 16 demo available that day but so is GameFaceHD, the face-scanning app for use in NBA LIVE 16.

    The FIFA 16 Demo launches from September 8** on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles. For many, this will be your first opportunity to experience the new ways to play, gameplay innovations, and sights and sounds of FIFA 16 before the game hits shelves on September 22.

    Here is what you can expect in the FIFA 16 Demo.

    GAME OPTIONS

    • Kick-Off: jump onto the pitch and play a match. When starting the FIFA 16 Demo for the first time on PC, Xbox One, or PS4, you will begin at El Clasico, Real Madrid CF at home to FC Barcelona.
    • FIFA Ultimate Team Draft: experience a brand new way to play - FUT Draft. Make careful decisions as you build a squad, then take them onto the pitch in an offline match.
    • FIFA Trainer: everyone can Compete at a Higher Level in FIFA 16. Check out the FIFA Trainer, a new contextual training system, to pick up some new tips while playing Kick Off or FUT Draft.
    • New Skill Games: as matches are loading experience six of our six new skill games.
    • Bundesliga Broadcast Presentation: (available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC only) experience authentic broadcast graphics when Borussia Dortmund visits Borussia Mönchengladbach at BORUSSIA-PARK.

    Included in the demo are 10 top Club Teams and two Women’s Teams*, including the World Cup Champion U.S. Women's National Team.

      More clubs are included than I expected. Glad, of course, that CFC is among them.

      I played the beta non stop. Either I didn't ever look or they locked it down to one mode but I only played the ultimate team part until the last few days. Gameplay was really good but it did change a lot where the tactics from 15 didn't work near as well.
