The NHL 15 demo will drop on August 26th, the same day Madden releases. 2 minute periods in a Kings-Rangers rematch is the game we get along with practice mode.

It is a shame that the NHL devs didn't want to put all of their time, effort and resources into improving the game and, instead, decided to release a demo. You would have thought that the brilliance of the Madden team would have rubbed off on them.

Hopefully by then we will find out if EASHL and Online GM are in the game. EA has been pretty hush hush and lot's of speculation, especially EASHL, will not be in the game. (http://www.pastapadre.com/2014/08/12/concern-grows-over-possible-eashl-omission-from-nhl-15-on-xbox-one-and-ps4)

I've heard the same the last couple of days and I'm starting to believe that EASHL and GMC won't be in the next gen versions. EASHL is dumb. Its for the Mountain Dew guys.

GMC, however, is going to be a huge omission to me. It really makes my purchase of a year of Playstation+ a complete waste unless FIFA has a connected Manager Mode, which I doubt.

No GMC means offline only for me this year. I'm not going back to PS3.

I think I heard there was supposed to be an announcement next week about GM Mode. I guess we will know at that point if online GMC is in or not?
