Ea better settle Phase II or plan on appealing verdict b/c someone is going to be RICH if they are entitled to royalties from now until the end of time.

Damn, if that dude wins, we could see an end to Madden as well. Wow. Glad to see EA's dirty business practices are finally catching up to them.

Because they would have to pay this dude money for pretty much every madden game made until the end of time because lawyers could easily point to parts of the code in the game now and make a damn good case that the original game had parts of that as well.
